The overall objective of the project is to improve access to and quality of the services they provide, in line with the TOP objectives and the call for proposals TOP-62.1-19, and to increase the capacity of crèche forms of care for children under 3 years of age in order to improve the quality of the services they provide. The indirect aim is to improve the employment situation by supporting the participation of parents with young children in the labour market, to facilitate the return of parents with young children to the labour market, to help families by developing child care services. The specific objective of the project is to create a crèche service for children aged 0-3 years old, based on local needs, and to build a new crèche to provide care in the area owned by the Reformed Church of Győr. The establishment of a family-friendly and job-friendly institution can ensure a quality, quality education — educational work, as well as a healthy, motivating, child-friendly and safe environment. The creation of a new crèche can help to develop cultural hygiene habits, to start on the path of emotional development and socialisation. The principle of equal treatment and equal access is an important principle in development. High-quality care can also be balanced in the development of children for whom the parental and home environment cannot adequately provide this. In addition, the specific objective is to build a new church nursery with two group rooms, 24 seats, maintained by the Reformed Church of Győr, to create rooms in accordance with legal requirements, to make it multifunctional and energy-saving and to make it fully accessible. As a result of the development, a healthy, child-friendly crèche is created suitable for 24 0-3 years of age during the day. The future Győr Reformed Bölcsőde as a family-friendly institution, through a new day care service for children under 3 years of age, contributes to improving access to the forms of nursery care in Győr. With the development, a crèche service that meets the requirements of the 21st century and the legal requirements is created, with which quality care and employment can be ensured. The development is not limited to the care of young children under the age of 3; it also has an impact on the return of parents with young children to the labour market by creating a new family-friendly institution, so that they can also benefit from labour mobility and increase their chances of working. Self-eligible activity undertaken under the project: creating a new crèche service with the construction of a new building. The establishment of the Reformed Bölcsőde in Győr was planned on the property located on 7867 Hr., on which there are currently 2 buildings: the Calvinist church and the former salt house, which is over 150 years old. According to the reports, the salt house would not achieve the same condition during the renovation as in the case of a new construction, the renovation would not result in a significant reduction in the maintenance costs of the building, which would justify the renovation. Economical transformation of the building is not possible. As a result, the existing salt house would be demolished and a new building adapted to the crèche function and legal requirements and the needs of our time would be replaced. The planned building would provide 24 day-care facilities for children under the age of 3, in two groups of 12 people. Energy efficiency aspects will be implemented as a mandatory, ineligible activity on its own. Energy efficiency considerations will be taken into account in the design and construction process. In the framework of the project complex accessibility is carried out, the technical capabilities of the entire building meet the accessibility criteria after the development. As the building is of common use, it will be ensured that the building has a barrier-free access and the use of the public service for all persons with disabilities. It is necessary to develop the community functions, accessibility and accessibility of the building in the framework of the investment. The asbestos exemption in the case of new construction is not relevant as a mandatory, self-eligible activity. The creation of a new website is not planned, so ICT accessibility is not relevant in the context of this development. As optional, ineligible activities, the purchase of equipment necessary for the operation of the crèche, the service beyond the basic tasks of the crèche forms (player group), the establishment of the courtyard/playing yard, the establishment of a stroller storage, and the establishment of parking spaces and accessible parking spaces are carried out in the project.
