The overall objective of the project is to improve access to and quality of services provided by crèches, in accordance with the TOP objectives and call for proposals TOP-62.1-19. In the long term, raising the quality of public services can be defined as a strategic goal, thereby increasing the comfort of the population, connecting to the place of residence and helping to stay in place. The development can improve quality by increasing the capacity of childcare facilities for young children under 3 years of age and by increasing the quality of services. The aim is to create and provide the necessary environment for high-quality teaching and educating work in line with the requirements of the 21st century, which includes principles of equal treatment and equal access. In order to develop children under the age of 3, a specific objective is also to ensure a healthy, motivating, child-friendly and safe environment that contributes to the development of cultural hygiene habits, emotional development and socialisation. With the right environment and professional background, a high level of physical and mental needs can be met and the conditions for optimal development are met. High-quality care can also be balanced in the development of children for whom the parental and home environment cannot adequately provide this. The strategic objective is also to develop child care capacities for the employability of those who have children. The project will contribute to supporting the employment of young children, helping families return to the labour market for parents with young children through the development of child care services. Development supports sustainable and quality employment and labour mobility. By setting up a crèche institution, as a family-friendly institution and as a service, it contributes to improving the quality of life of families and increasing parents’ chances to work. The operational objective of the project is to create a 6 group-room crèche service place in Szalay Street, serving the population requiring the service of the crèche. As a self-eligible activity, this will create a new crèche service with the construction of a new building. The expected result of the project is the creation of a new crèche building in Szalay Street in Győr Újváros, the relocation of the four group rooms available in the existing Knakó Street crèche and the creation of two additional group rooms, with a total of 84 seats. The milestone is the purchase of equipment planned in the project to provide the necessary tools for educational and educational work and for children’s development, equipment and other objects necessary for the provision of those under 3 years of age. New furniture, furnishings, skills-enhancing toys and illustrative tools contribute to the development of several basic age characteristics and abilities of young children. Examples include perception development, verbal development; development of logical thinking, fine motors, perceptions, music education, meeting physical needs, etc. With the help of court games, motion development tools, we can improve the physical condition of children, their physical development, we can improve their culture of movement, their sensory coordination, and we can educate them for a healthy lifestyle. Mandatory non-eligible activities in the project: accessibility, energy efficiency and publicity. Decontamination of scattered asbestos and ICT accessibility are not relevant activities within the framework of the project. It is carried out as an optional, ineligible activity: procurement of equipment to assist crèche operations; use of renewable energy sources; the establishment of a courtyard and a playground; installation of bicycle supports and storage facilities; stroller storage; development and development of parking places and accessible parking places.
