By partially replacing the crèche in Klapka street, currently with 7 group rooms on two levels, and by rebuilding the existing Klapka street site in accordance with the standard for educational institutions and the National Fire Protection Code (four group rooms, 56 seats) and by building a new crèche with 56 seats on Bajza street, the project promoter can contribute to the national level employment, equal opportunities (social and territorial) and family support efforts. The project will also help to improve child care services and increase the number of places in crèches. The planned interventions will support the development of skills and skills of supplied young children as part of crèche care and education work, as well as the strengthening of prevention activities for all young children and their families. The project can indirectly contribute to improving the quality of life of families, increasing parents’ access to employment and thus raising the level of local and regional employment. Investment will also help to support entry into and swift return to the labour market, thereby strengthening the long-term competitiveness of the municipality and its region. The development of new crèche capacities can help to ensure equal access to urban public services and reduce congestion in the city’s crèche. The planned intervention can contribute to improving the demographic composition of the rapidly developing town of Széchenyi, keeping young people local and moving into new young families. In the framework of the planned project, two environmentally friendly buildings (new buildings must meet the requirement level for “nearly zero” energy-intensive buildings) and energy-saving buildings (the detailed technical content will be presented in the permit plan) will be developed, which contribute not only to the environmental and climate protection objectives of the city, but also to the country as a whole. Specific objectives The new institutions created after partial replacement can ensure the improvement of the conditions of care and upbringing activities and the working conditions of the workers and the comfort of the families in their modern, aesthetic environment. The investment contributes to the rebuilding of the Klapka street institution in accordance with the MSzE 24210-1:2012 standard and the National Fire Protection Code, as well as to improving the public service level of the rapidly developing Széchenyiváros in relation to the new site, improving liveability and ensuring equal territorial access to quality public services. Among the project’s milestones, the complex accessibility of the buildings concerned by the development and their immediate surroundings (e.g. the installation of an accessible toilet, provision of accessible parking space, barrier-free entrance, information and directional signs, induction sound amplification) is highlighted, which allows equal access to care for all those in need. The project involves the partial replacement and reconstruction of the Klapka street crèche site, a net 782 m² useful floor area, environmentally friendly, energy efficient and complexly accessible 4 group institutions suitable for 56 children. At the new site in Bajza Street, a net 643 m² useful floor area will be built, also environmentally friendly, energy efficient and complexly accessible, with 4 group 56 seats. The project aimed at the partial replacement of the Klapka street institution will involve 1 new group room and 12 seats. In addition, the developer contributes to job creation (after partial replacement, 2 new full-time jobs will be created). The development creates an institutional environment and an instrumental background in all respects to the legal and professional requirements, which facilitates the provision of high-quality care and education activities.
