The aim of the project to be implemented is to establish a specialised institution for day care, upbringing and care for children living in the neighbourhood, as only kindergarten care is currently available in this area. Location of the planning task (hrsz: 6874/10, territory: 5 154 m²) One of the main routes of Székesfehérvár is situated along the Urhidai Road. The property is owned by the Municipality of Székesfehérvár. The unbuilt area taken according to the property sheet is currently unimproved. The subject of the task is to set up a crèche for the local government of Székesfehérvár, which is to be set up in the unbuilt area defined below for the day care, education and care of up to 56 children. The building has a ground-floor design and consists of two educational units, which contain 2 group rooms. In the building there is a cooking kitchen suitable for up to 60 people, which also provides care for children with special needs (lactose, egg, gluten-sensitive, etc.). The property is approached from Urhidai Road, parking is available on the property, as Urhidai Road does not allow the accommodation of motor vehicles. The amount of waiting places for the vehicle is laid down in Article 253/1997 on the national town planning and construction requirements. (XII. 20) of the Government Decree (hereinafter referred to as: OTÉK) and Regulation 17/2000 (V.30.) on the fulfilment of the obligation to provide parking spaces during the construction permit procedure. The construction and equipment of the building shall be determined taking into account the relevant legislation. In addition to the implementation of the building, the project includes the purchase of the necessary equipment for operation and for the performance of educational and care tasks (garden and indoor playthings, mobile and built-in furniture, kitchen equipment, sideboards, etc.). Energy efficiency measures The building must be designed, constructed and constructed in such a way that its energy characteristics comply with the requirements of Article 7/2006.
