1.The aim and fit of the project to be submitted is the environmentally conscious, family- and climate-friendly renewal of the public areas of the green city action area in Sandbánya, the establishment of a liveable and attractive urban sub-centre, the development of the urban green environment, the display of attractive services and the use of smart space. The wider environment of the green city of Homokbánya is located in the area closed by road 52, Kadafalvi út and the Fülöpszállás-Kecskemét railway line, as well as the DNY economic area of Homokbánya, close to the branching of the M5 motorway. In the wider impact area examined there are areas with institutional, residential, commercial-service, green surface and industrial functions.The indicated area is one of the most promising, dynamically changing development areas of the city.The project fits the objectives of the call. With the planned interventions, the aim is to renovate green surfaces and public areas that will encourage and guide investors to further renovate the under-exploited sand mine area. The aim of the investment is to start the development of the Homokbánya in public and green areas, to increase the liveability of the living environment and to improve the image and attractiveness of the district. 2.Development will take place in the district of Homokbánya, Kvarc street 21922 hrsz, 21930 Hrsz Agyag street, 21929 green area public park, 21928 Hrsz road and 21927 area adjacent to Kvarc street. Areas covered by the project: 21929 land not built-in by HÉSZ classified as ZKP (green area, public park) (10.010 m²) 21927/1 RS of construction land (4 508 m²) taken by HÉSZ classified as Vt (mixed area, town centre) 21928 Hr. road listed as transport area according to the HN 21922 RH 21922 road listed as a traffic area according to the Nr. 3 Detailed technical content of the development of the existing urban road designated as an area of transport according to the 21942 HN-HN. The activities planned in the project are: 1. The main activity of the project is the reconstruction of the 21929 green area public park, the construction of the ‘Bikékváros bike park’, the development of a cycling skills development and high-speed track and runway. 2. The utilisation of one of the unused buildings on the site of the public park of 21929 green areas, the renovation of which ensures sustainable, energy-efficient operation. 3. Establishment of a rest-playing park in connection with the active green recreation area and adjacent social facilities on the property of 21927/1. 4. Construction and refurbishment of an urban road supporting the main activities (green area use) 5. In connection with the works, equipment is also purchased in the project. The equipment necessary for the operation of the indicated building, as well as the equipment necessary for the implementation of sports and leisure activities and programmes are purchased. 6. Infrastructural interventions are complemented by “soft” programmes, the added value of which increases the importance of investment, strengthens the environmental awareness of the population and the development of the municipal image and identity. 4. Description of the eligible activities of the project The activities planned to be declared in the project are eligible under point 3.1 of the call. The project does not include any of the activities listed in point 3.1.4 of the Call or other ineligible activities. 5. Meeting the expectations of the technical-professional content of the project The technical-professional content of the project has been developed taking into account the requirements set out in point 3.2 of the call. 6. As a result of the project, an urban recreation and sport area will be created on 14.518 m², and the reconstruction of the green infrastructure. In the recreation area, a building with a loss of around 500 m² will be renewed, providing closed rooms (about 100 m²) and open spaces to serve the activities planned in the recreation area. Within the framework of the project, Agyag Street, bordering with the area, will be renewed with a total regulatory width of about 395 m, as well as the green surface of the section of the loam project, bordering the public park on about 71 m. The first section of Kvarc Street will be built at a length of about 225 m, and a walking and cycling promenade of about 95 m between Kvarc Street and Agyag Street between the green area and the institutional area will be built. As a result of the intervention, the quality of the living environment can be significantly improved, and thanks to this the perception of the part of the city can be significantly improved. Investment can contribute to the further development of the area, encourage investors and new features in the area.
