The action area designated by the project is the city centre of Diósgyőr. The planned interventions improve the overall environmental status of the part of the settlement and help to put the municipality on a sustainable development path. The Integrated Urban Development Strategy includes the action area designated by the tender. With the implementation of the project, the following activities are planned to be implemented by the Municipality of Miskolc, with a consortium partner of the Roman Catholic Parish of Diósgyőr. Self-eligible activities (detailed description of the activities can be found in the costs): A) Main activity — Development of a green city: II. The green area of János Pál Pope Square on the way of King Louis Nagy, with a shaded wooden row of green parking spaces between the road of King Louis Nagy and Blaha L. u., the creation of a green car park in front of the Árpád street service house, the construction of a water surface in the transformation of Mihály Táncsics square and the renewal of the park between Lajos Nagy’s road — General Kiss Road, development of Diósgyőr parish church garden B) Main activity-self-government building renewal in a climate-conscious, energy efficient way, in order to ensure their sustainable operation, the renewal of non-building structures ensuring efficient operation of energy: Renovation of Sándor Petőfi’s branch library C) Main activity- Establishment of a service building in the action area owned by the Municipality of Miskolc Municipality of Miskolc Establishment of a catering unit in Diósgyőri Vár street Producer market is not self-eligible, optional activities (detailed description of the activities can be found at the cost): Development of a promenade between Árpád street and Nagy Lajos Király street. Reconstruction of the bridge between King Louis Nagy and Vár utca II. Next to Pope János Pál square, the construction of a pedestrian bridge across the Sinava meadow and the road section between the castle trench cover the area in front of Diósgyőr Castle. During the implementation of the project equipment will be procured, which includes the material assets necessary for the basic operation of the catering unit to be set up in Diósgyőri Vár street. Infrastructure interventions are complemented by so-called “soft” activities, under which planned programmes and actions are implemented, thereby increasing the added value of the investment. During the implementation of the investment project elements, technologies and methods are used that ensure the operation of the built infrastructure and the part of the settlement in an environmental and nature conservation way, promote sustainable development, in accordance with Miskolc’s Urban Development Concept developed in accordance with Government Decree 314/2012 (IX.8.) and ITS, and contribute to the economic development goals of the TOP and thus to the maintenance of the population. The project design will take into account its potential for climate mitigation and adaptation and ensure resilience to climate change and natural disasters. The planning of infrastructure developments takes into account the principles of universal design. During the planning, the involved designers shall consult the relevant utilities on an ongoing basis in order to avoid the reopening of the coverings after implementation. All investment project elements comply with the project’s proportionate accessibility requirements. The development concept directly contributes to the economic recovery and job creation of the municipality. In order to contribute, the mandatory economic recovery activity in the project will be seen as a municipal-owned development. Operation in a profit-oriented manner is ensured at the level of the activity concerned. During the planning and implementation of the project, we initiate partnership consultations with the economic and social organisations interested in the part of the settlement. The planned development is primarily development-oriented and results in new or extended services as a result of the project as a result of the project, which contributes to the wider role and responsibilities of the action area. The aspects of energy efficiency modernisation will be mainstreamed in the implementation of all the elements of the infrastructure investment carried out in the works concerned by the project (Library). The Action Area Plan is being prepared and developed during the project development period. The action area plan is submitted to the Intermediate Body with the completion of the I. Milesstone, to which an expert is involved. The design documentation of the project proposal is in the process of being prepared and approved during the project development period. In the planning of the project’s budget, the requirement for the proportion of internal budgetary constraints laid down in the call has been taken into account.
