Development of a leisure park and promenade next to the road of Túrózsáki

The aim of the development is to provide the population with a greener, healthier air park equipped with sports facilities, which would also serve as a place to maintain health. Other objectives are the preservation and protection of the natural heritage, so instead of the aged tree species intended for felling, trees will be planted that meet the park’s characteristics and the climate of the city. The development of Túrózsáki Road contributes to education for an environmentally conscious and healthy lifestyle. The realisation of the project is a step forward towards achieving the goal that Székesfehérvár serves the population with the good state of environmental and infrastructure elements of the city. However, the development of public spaces is of paramount importance for the city to ensure that these newly created spaces are viable and operational, and it is important to take into account the needs of the people in the area. The expected result is the expansion of urban sports opportunities, the promotion of physical activity and the development of a healthier environment to greatly increase the number of visitors to the park, and the installation of fitness parks will attract the interest of the older age groups. The action area is located in the Old Hill district of Székesfehérvár, with the largest area of the city. It was the oldest vineyard in the city. From the end of the 19th century, the richer urban citizens began to turn their press houses into cottages, and in the middle of the 20th century became a decisive factor in the transformation of the city district by the creation of large industrial facilities. Several small parks represent the green areas in the part of the town, and there are forest strips along the Asal valley ditch and in the southern and south-eastern part of the town. The area to be developed is owned by the Municipality of Székesfehérvár. The green area between Túrózsáki út and Spar is currently underutilised. The establishment of a leisure park and a promenade contributes to the development of a city structure allowing for the rational use of available resources. At present, the leisure park is bounded by a family-married zone to the east and west, an industrial park from the north, a vocational school and a private educational centre to the west. The Integrated Urban Development Strategy can be downloaded from www.szekesfeherar.hu. Attached to the main architect’s declaration to confirm the alignment with local building regulations. In the framework of point d) of the main activity “A” eligible independently, a basketball court, an artificial grass football field, a recortant runway, a fitness park, a gym, a playground will be created separately for the very small and for the larger children and the disabled. In addition to the public lighting of the leisure park, the lighting of the tracks is also installed. As an activity B I b) eligible independently, a new installation of the outdated water block will be carried out on the market. The market operates according to the local regulation, the product range is appropriate, but the renewal of the water block has been formulated as the necessary intervention to create the operating environment and modern infrastructure conditions. In the framework of point A(g),i), k) of the non-eligible activity independently, from Túrózsáki utca along the leisure park to the Bártfai street, a 3 m wide road promenade is constructed, street furniture suitable for the environment will be installed, as well as a public toilet. Accessibility was also a priority when planning the installation of the sanitary block. An obstacle-free plan chapter will be drawn up in this context. Surveillance cameras are also placed in bicycle storage, benches and trash cans. The replacement of the electric poles in the direction of cottage cheese is also part of the project. As a mandatory soft element in the project, environmental awareness and crime prevention will be organised during the implementation of the project. The leisure park will be open to visitors free of charge without restrictions, so the low-status population will not be excluded. The project does not serve the implementation and implementation of the Local Government’s Local Equal Opportunities Programme by direct means, but it does not use exclusionary, negative exclusions affecting disadvantaged people, and makes the results of the development accessible to people living and working in the city with equal chances. Among the overarching objectives of the HEP to be implemented, development can best serve the principle of equal access to (infrastructure) public services. With regard to the installation of equipment and tracks in the area of the leisure park, several versions have been raised, but due to the large level difference in the area, the rehab gym for disabled people is placed close to the Túrózsáki út and the sanitary block, as well as some playground equipment thus avoiding the feeli...
