THE AIM OF THE PROJECT IS TO: Reducing the pressure on the environment in the Véső Road area, protecting surface and groundwater and improving the economic base make it necessary to drain rainwaters. The direct objective of the project is to develop the drainage system of inland rainwater, thereby reducing the risk of damage to inland and local water, and preventing environmental damage. (VIII. 6.) According to the Government Decree, the local government’s responsibility for local water damage control and water management, as defined by law, is to maintain the rainwater drainage network. The aim of the project is realistic, real needs and needs. PROJECT RESULTS: The development guarantees the safe draining of the standard and extreme rainfall/inland water from the inland area without endangering the outskirts. The project contributes significantly to the creation and maintenance of balanced water conditions, resulting in a reduction in the number of likely water damage. DESCRIPTION OF THE INITIAL SITUATION, TERRITORIAL CONDITIONS, ENVIRONMENTAL CLEARANCE: On the classification of municipalities on the basis of risks to flood and inland water protection 18/2003 (XII. 9.) As part of this project, the rainwater drainage network will be set up in Szolnok, in the area of Véső út, on 10 streets using the existing closed canal and existing trench traces, with other technical content required for this purpose. 8 of the property concerned by the development are owned by the applicant, 2 are foreign-owned property, for which it is necessary to obtain statements of consent. The natural surroundings of the area are the town of Szolnok County, situated in the Delta of the River Tisza and Zagyva. The inland area is predominantly on the right bank of the Tisza (the development area can also be found here), in a smaller part on the left bank of the Tisza. Size of the urban area: 2 533 ha The area of the city, surface is plain. The right coastal area of Tisza descends from the direction of NW-W to the Tisza line with a small fall. Its fluctuations depend predominantly on the amount of rainfall falling and the persistent water level of the Tisza and Zagyva rivers. The discharge of the settlement is affected by the river Tisza and Zagyva rivers, but mostly by the water level of the Tisza rivers. In the case of high main reception water stations, the separated main collectors — which are directly connected to the main recipient — can only be dehydrated by pumping.
