Martyrs Road Renovation of Rain Canal II.

The aim of the project is to ensure the orderly and unharmed drainage of rainwater falling into the inner areas, which is implemented by the development of the existing, separated system drainage network. The plans for the nearly 2.0 km long V-6-0 main collection channel designed for the Mártírok route were divided into several sections in the past, and the construction was prepared and planned accordingly. The current proposal includes the completion of the last phase II, which is still missing. The stage to be developed is between two works of art (No 16 — No 23) and is connected to them. The main drainage channel V-6-0 runs under the pavement of the Mártírok Road, along the same route as the current rainwater channel, under a densely public utility road with four tracks paved with asphalt. There are several buses on the road. During the investment, about 680,70 fm DN 1400-1 000 mm diameter ÜPE wire will be installed, with the necessary connection connections and the installation of works of art (e.g. cleaning shaft, sewage sinkhole). The Tender includes the restoration of the road network, pavement, pavement, car park, gateway surfaces directly affected by the construction of the rain canal network and damaged during the project with the same type of pavement as before the investment. Call 3.1.1. In accordance with point 3.1.2.1 of the call, we intend to carry out the renovation and development of the segregated rainwater drainage network in the framework of this project as an eligible activity on its own. As an activity that is not eligible on its own to be carried out on the basis of point 3.1.2.1 of the call, we intend to implement (a) an awareness-raising and information action complementary to infrastructure interventions, and b) the provision of publicity during the project. The Integrated Urban Development Strategy of the City of Székesfehérvár 2014-2020; revised version, 16.11.2018; Taking into account the version adopted by resolution No 728/2018 (Xl.16.) of the General Assembly of the Municipality of SzMJV (hereinafter referred to as ITS), our planned investments containing the development and reconstruction of the rain canal correspond to the following ITS objectives: • Overarching objective/Environmental — III. Székesfehérvár serves the local population and economic operators with the good state of the urban environmental and infrastructure elements • Strategic goals 2014-2020-3.1 Environmental infrastructure and city structure organised on modern principles supporting the liveability of the city • Priorities — System-based and sustainable development of urban and environmental infrastructure The planned project is one of the renewals of urban municipal infrastructure elements and network systems for environmental safety (e.g. rainwater drainage system) in line with sustainability principles that contribute to maintaining and increasing supply and environmental security and improving the capacity of the urban rainwater drainage system. Matching relevant ITS target system monitoring indicator: length of new and/or new inland and rainwater protection facilities (m) The direct, primary implementation site of the project is the road of the Mártírok No 8206/3. Another secondary implementation site affected by the development of an accessing artifact is Raktár utca No. 8270.
