Detailed technical content of the development: the objective of the project: the aim of the project is to implement transport development measures that create and strengthen the conditions for sustainable transport, as follows: cycling-friendly development, transport safety investment, road public transport development. As part of the project, the following developments will be carried out in a complex way on the section of Károly Róbert körút between Nyíri út and Margaréta street: — 214 m on foot-bicycle on Károly Róbert körút, which contributes to the creation of a secure, coherent and continuous network of cycling traffic aligned with the destinations of cyclists. — The construction of a single-band roundabout for road safety measures in Károly Róbert körút-Nyíri utca-III. At the junction of Béla Boulevard. Cycling allows cyclists to travel through the roundabouts. — The construction of a section of the road next to the cycle path under the project is intended to ensure safe access to the roundabout. — In addition to the established road section, Decentrum and related investment under the project contribute to improving the quality of sustainable public transport. B) the technical and technical content of the project, together with a description of the scope of the selected self-eligible and non-eligible activities: the activities planned to be accounted for in the project correspond to the eligible activity and do not include the ineligible activities listed in point 3.1.4 of the Call. The project includes, among the activities eligible for individual funding under the call, the following: • cycling-friendly development, construction of bicycle traffic facilities • road safety investment: with the creation of a single lane roundabout, the project includes the following for the optional activities that are not eligible independently under the call: • traffic buildings, development of traffic track, Decentrum, covered bus waiting areas, B+R parking lot • construction of a municipal road • construction of a pavement The planned project meets the expectations of the activities of the call which are not eligible individually but are mandatory. In order to ensure the mandatory publicity of the project, the beneficiary takes into account and implements the tasks set out in the document "Széchenyi 2020 Beneficiaries’ Information Obligations Guide and Identification Manual "KTK 2020" and related to the corresponding amount of funding. In order to implement the project, the municipality conducts an awareness-raising campaign in accordance with point 3.1.3(e), the call 3.2. Under the conditions set out in point D. Detailed technical content of the development: Technical parameters of the project proposal: 1. Károly Róbert körút: (3.1.1.A. cycling-friendly development, 3.1.1.B. road safety investment) For the project’s cost estimation, we took into account 7.5 m wide covering with 3 layers of asphalt. The estimated cost also includes the construction of a single lane roundabout at Nyíri út — Károly Róbert krt., 3.0 m wide walking and cycling paths, street lighting and necessary road accessories (dits, traffic engineering). 2. Margaréta social home end stop and bus round: (3.1.1.A. cycling-friendly development, 3.1.1.C. traffic buildings, development of traffic track, construction of 3.1.1.D. Járda within an inhabited area) The condition for the implementation of the completed construction plan is that the Károly Róbert körút is built between Nyíri út and Margaréta street, as the current poor pavement is not in a place corresponding to the planned pavement, so the construction plan of the terminal and bus turner expects its dismantling. A social building and a covered waiting area were placed at the 3 stops. In the surroundings of the social building, a 10-seat B+R car park will be set up with an additional 10-seat extension.
