Among the objectives of the Integrated Urban Development Strategy and Programme of the Municipality of Tatabánya is to develop a healthy, sustainable urban environment through the implementation of the transport development programme. Developments related to this objective will be implemented in a number of areas between 2014 and 2020. The development of infrastructure to stimulate the uptake of cycling will help achieve the goal through two large-scale projects with high resource requirements: Between 2016-18, the complex cycling development of the Bánhida and Dózsakert districts (around 5.1 km long cycling facility) and (in parallel) the construction of the Tatabánya section of the Által-ér valley cycle path between 2017-2020 and the 4 bicycle roads connecting to it, with the construction of an installation of about 6.3 km long. With this second development, the residents of the settlement’s other sub-centres (Gertváros, Millenium residential park) will be able to access the offices, service providers’ offices, industrial parks and retail facilities on bicycles. However, a significant result of this second phase is that the county seat, the district centre offices and the employers of industrial parks can be accessed by bicycle to the residents of neighbouring settlements, so Tata, Környe, or even the residents of Oroszlány, Komárom and their surroundings, who like to cycle, can reach the Government Office, the District Office and their workplace. With the implementation of the pace of development aimed at encouraging professional cycling and the spread of environmentally friendly and sustainable transport, the Tatabánya section of the Beltal-ér valley cycle path and four connections will be established. The planned route is described in the attached diagrams. The main goal of the development is to create a new cycling trail along the Által-ér, which is connected to the existing cycle path network elements and to the Bánhida and Dózsakert bike paths under construction, which is in line with the concept adopted by the Municipal Bicycle Network Plan KKF. The planned cycling facility connects the urban cycle path to the network and runs on a new track towards several parts of the city by leading from the junction point at the administrative border of Tatabánya, on the eastern side of Lake Erőműi, on the bicycle path from Környe and Oroszlány. From the trail we create a branch in four locations towards the Dózsakert, the Millenium residential park, the Kertváros district and the Tatabánya-Környe Industrial Park. In two cycles, a total of 6.3 km of bicycle traffic will be set up. In the first phase, the so-called phase II/A will be made between the section (11+ 634.50-13+ 253.1 km) and in the second phase the so-called phase II/B (on the section between 13+ 253.1-15+ 919.20 km on the currently available route plan) and the 4 access roads will be established at this time. The two sections will be 4 414.21 m long, the connections will be 1 223.98 m long. On the section of the route plan attached to the tender between 13+ 253.1-15+ 919.20 km, the planned route must be modified, which will change the gauge numbers.) The bike path connections are made as follows: 1. Dankó Pista Road — Wheat Flower Road: 210 m bike path with bridge (Által-ér valley) 2. Jászai Mari Road — By-Air: 275 m bike path 3. Making a connection to the Réti út next to Jegenye street, next to the district heating line: 346.71 m bike path, 133.79 m bike track. 4. Millennium residential park connection to the Réti út: 199 m bike path, 59.48 m bike track. In addition, we create a 662 m bicycle trail link to the existing urban network elements. The location of this cycle trail sections will be set at the same time as the plans are finalised. The planning process takes into account the regulations, regulations and local conditions in force. The facility will include both cycle paths and bicycle friendly side roads, as well as other cycling facilities, the main features of which are non-exhaustive: the cross section of the planned bike friendly sideways is 3.0 m asphalt pavement + 1.0-1.0 m stabilised benches (coronal width 5.0 m). Cross-section of the intended cycle path: 2.5 m asphalt pavement, + 0.5-0.5 m stabilised benches (Coronal Width: 3.5 m). The parameters of access roads and other facilities may differ. Works of art to be constructed: a new bicycle road bridge at the junction of the Mirror branch of Síkvölgyi-patak, the 100x100x15 frame-convenience; construction of the 2x100x100x100x15 twin frame element pass towards Síkvölgyi út. The development does not concern a Natura2000 site. We note that, at the time of submission of the application, the permit plans are in the process of being prepared and, on the basis of a proposal from the authorities and/or experts, it may be necessary to modify the route, to clarify the technical content and to change, however, this should not lead to a reduction in the length of the planned bicycle ins...
