The aim of the project is to reduce heat losses in the school building by improving the thermal comfort of the users. It is important to promote a more efficient use of energy and to reduce the operating costs of the public institution. Another objective of the intervention is to reduce the amount of energy consumed and greenhouse gas emissions, thereby making it possible to contribute to local and national environmental and climate protection objectives. The data supporting the submission of the aid application were based on on-the-spot visits, technical consultations and previous energy tests. Actual energy surveys and data analyses will then be carried out. The project application is submitted according to the degree of preparation of the project, without an in-depth assessment, therefore we do not yet submit the Project Plan (PT) and its annexes. During the period of project development, we present the specific technical content of the development and the results and costs of the available savings based on the calculation of the analyses of PT and related energy studies. Self-eligible activities • Post-insulation of external boundaries, replacement of external doors and windows • Acquisition and installation of solar panels and their supporting elements ineligible activities • Secondary mechanical modernisation of a building with district heating • Modernisation of heating and HMV systems • modernisation of heat take-off equipment • Renovation of appropriate electrical wiring sections, refurbishment and replacement of appropriate electrical wiring sections are not eligible for self-eligible but mandatory activities • Accessibility • Accessibility • Ensuring publicity • Developing training material is not relevant for the PROJECT and HMV system modernisation • Reconstruction of appropriate electrical wiring sections, upgrading and replacement of appropriate electrical wiring sections is not eligible for self-supported activities • Accessibility • Accessibility • Ensuring publicity • Developing training material is not relevant for the PROJECT and HMV system modernisation • Renovation of appropriate electrical wiring sections, upgrading and replacement of appropriate electrical wiring sections are not eligible but mandatory activities • Accessibility • Accessibility • Ensassuring publicity • Developing training in training is not relevant for the PROJECT and HMV system modernisation • Renovating of appropriate electrical wiring sections, refurbishing, self-involved but mandatory activities • Accessibility • Accessibility • Accessibility • Providing publicity • Developted training material for training not relevant for the PROJECT Aspective Reconstruction and Reconstruction of the project is developed in accordance with the provisions of the project, which is developed for the implementation of the provisions of the project. The area affected by the project is not affected by protected natural and cultural value. In public events, communication and behaviour related to the development, it expresses a sense of opportunity requiring support. For development, building users (students, teachers, parents, visitors) it promotes awareness-raising, dissemination of technical information and experiences. The planned intervention is not a complex project, the institution’s energy screening is not necessary. The technical content of the development is local conditions, based on the documented proposals of energy experts based on energy reviews, taking into account expediency and cost-effectiveness, the project is designed by ensuring the potential for climate change mitigation and adaptation. In the institution involved in the development, we will ensure the complex accessibility of the entrance to the building and at least one toilet, covering all disability groups, by providing access paths. The project is accompanied by an accessibility plan chapter, which is part of the construction plan documentation. The rehabilitation engineer also contributes to the implementation of the project, promotes and certifies the fulfilment of the accessibility requirements. The implementation of the project complies with the information and publicity obligations set out in the applicable legislation. The project develops a sense of opportunity at public events related to the development and in the communication and behaviour of the developer. The project development concept is developed in accordance with the requirements of the methodological guide attached to the relevant call, as part of the project preparation activities.Energy planning is carried out in such a way that the building reaches the “cost-optimised” requirement set out in the Decree of the Minister for Transport. With the interventions carried out during the development, the energy use of the institution is significantly reduced, thereby contributing to the reduction of CO2 emissions and reducing the operating cost of the building. The refurbished building increases the ...
