The investment involves the energy renovation of 20 exclusively municipal-owned educational institutions, of which 5 are complex in the case of real estates, 15 are partial in the case of real estate and 7/2006. Energy renovation in accordance with the requirements laid down in Section 6(5) of Decree No 27/2000 of the Minister for National Development (V.24.) is planned. The precise definition of the institutions has been included in the implementation sites. Based on the results of the preliminary internal survey carried out, the annual CO2 equivalent emissions could be reduced by at least 1 225 t/year with the modernisation of the 20 institutions. The calculation shall be considered to be final only if the mandatory energy expert/technical surveys are carried out. In the framework of the survey — the implementation of the project preparation activities and the finalisation of the project plan — requires a credible energy certificate and an energy audit. After examining the energy and technical conditions of the existing institutions, 5 institutions were selected, which during the energy development/renovation receive 15 cm thick facade insulation, 25 cm thick roof/floor slab thermal insulation, modern facade and roof windows, and solar panel system with a capacity of 50 kWp each (complex energy modernisation), 1. Mukachevo Mihály Primary School of Székesfehérvár 2. Székesfehérvár Teleki Blanka High School and Primary School 3. Seven General Primary School 4. Táncsics Mihály Elementary School of Székesfehérvár 5. János Arany Kindergarten, Primary School, Vocational School, Skills Development School in addition, taking into account orientation, energy use and general technical condition, 15 institutions were selected, each equipped with a 50 kWp solar panel system (partial energy modernisation) 1. Bory Jenő Primary School of Székesfehérvár 2. Székesfehérvár Vörösmarty Mihály Primary School 3. Székesfehérvári Németh László Primary School 4. Tóváros Primary School 5. Lily of the Valley Nursery — Székesfehérvár 13. Maroshegy Kindergarten 14. Tolnai Street Nursery School Island Street Principal School 15. Long-distance nursery school in Lake Town. Renovation works do not include an accessibility task and are not relevant. (Insulation, windows, solar panel) According to our knowledge, the relevant structures of the buildings do not contain asbestos, but no specific studies have been carried out, and the project will be examined during the preparation and design of the project. Prior to the submission of the application, the preparation of the project was not started, and the project’s proposal is submitted only with the presentation of the project idea. According to the relevant general meeting decision, the preparation of the project can start with the positive decision of the sponsor, or the implementation of the project may take place after its preparation. As part of the preparation, it is therefore necessary to prepare 1.) the 20 building energy audits (2)) with the use of experts with the right authority, then after the completion of the expert tasks, the 3 rd project plan and the 4th technical documentation relating to the energy investment of 20 buildings (5 complex and 15 partial energy development) can be prepared. Once the preparatory activities have been carried out, the preparation and implementation of the procurement procedure can start to select the contractor with the appropriate references. In the framework of the performance of the professional services, 31) the technical inspector supervises the implementation of the relevant technical content, 34) performs the tasks related to the provision of mandatory publicity. During the physical implementation of the project, followed by the completion of a new energy certificate (33) and 32) a building energy audit is carried out.
