The buildings affected by the development are located in the district of Győr Szabadhegy, on the corner of József Attila út and Móra Ferenc Square with landmark No 686/1. The current building, which includes adult medical and protective women’s clinics, is located in the south-east side of the plot, while the building that includes pediatricians is located in the other half of the plot. The construction of the buildings is in the 70's 80s, which were undergoing a complex interior and exterior renovation at the end of the 1990s. These buildings are no longer able to meet the outpatient needs of the district. In the course of the development, a new building unit would be created in which the counseling offices of the women’s services would be located, with the construction of a free space between the two separate buildings located in the two parts of the plot (yard). Adult and pediatric surgery, in addition to internal function extension, remain in their original location, in their original buildings. The individual parts of the building, as separate, separate functions, form a separate building unit with separate entrances, but the layout of the rooms of the new building unit ensures the internal interoperability between the pediatric surgery and the female counseling offices, which was not provided before the development. The barrier-free access to the building and the services provided by the adult general practitioner, child GP and protective women’s services will be available to all types of disabled. The building complex will have more accessible main entrances, no threshold will be established anywhere in the building, all three building units will be equipped with a barrier-free toilet, information and directional signs will be installed. After the investment, the building complex receives a uniform heat insulation layer of 15 cm thickness. The large entrance doors and glass potals will be highly thermally insulated and air-tight, heat-insulating glazed heat bridge-free aluminium profile system. The traditional doors and windows on the lateral and rear façades will be of pvc structure, which are also highly thermally insulated and air-tight, with a minimum of 5 air chamber doors and windows. The gas boilers supplying heating will be installed separately in each building unit, which will be equipped with its own regulator, so that the heating can be adapted to the specific needs of the building. A radiator heating system is installed in buildings, and where radiator heating is not possible, underfloor heating is installed as additional heating. The gas boilers will heat the clinics based on the external temperature with heating water at varying temperature according to the heating curve. In this way, the building will be supplied with heating in the most energy-efficient and cost-efficient way, taking into account the characteristics of the building.
