Establishment of an innovative Social Service Centre in Székesfehérvár

The property at Székesfehérvár, 4 Dániel Street, 4113 is owned by the Municipality of Székesfehérvár. The building on the property was previously used by the Kodolányi János College for educational purposes. The area covered by the design is the structure of the building bordering Dániel utca Köryi — which is currently empty, unused, as well as the connecting part of the building, as well as the garden and parking area connected to it. The Family and Child Welfare Centre of Székesfehérvár and the planned renewal of the Municipal Information Technology Centre are located in the building. The two institutions will operate independently of each other, with separate entrances, without common spaces. The interiors are designed taking into account the special tasks of the Family and Child Welfare Centre of Székesfehérvár. In the outer space, parking spaces, green surfaces will be created. The major part of the renovation is planned to be financed from the tender TOP-6.6.2-16. The project is a shared space in which several services are co-operated, among which there are services that are ineligible — not implemented. We intend to declare the construction and other costs of the two institutions on the basis of the call for proposals on the basis of the call for proposals on a pro rata basis for the parts of the buildings common to both institutions (e.g. facades, roofing, technical inspectors). According to the call for proposals, the amount of aid is eligible only for the development of basic social services infrastructure, in particular the development of the family and child welfare centre in the present application. The refurbishment of the building as an individual eligible activity; the purchase of new equipment, furniture and equipment, equipment, ICT equipment; the acquisition of new tangible assets related to external spaces; and we want to complete the purchase of new vehicles. Among the mandatory activities to be carried out, the renovation includes the proportionate accessibility of the building project, the modernisation of energy efficiency (e.g. thermal insulation of external boundaries, replacement of doors and windows, upgrading of heating and hot and cold water) and the provision of publicity. The development of a family-friendly function (e.g. playground) and the development of the minimum number of parking spaces and accessible parking places provided for in the current legislation will be realised in the present investment as an ineligible activity. For the Family and Child Welfare Centre of Székesfehérvár, the Client Square and the related premises will be developed on the ground floor, customer traffic will only be here. This can be achieved by simple interior fittings without affecting the supporting structure (opening or separating existing rooms, painting, refurbishing, replacing, furnishing). A barrier-free toilet and separate toilets for men and women are also required. During the project-proportional accessibility we solve the accessibility to the client space. On the floor there will be staff serving the centre, performing administrative and operational functions, as well as professional staff (case manager, family helper, psychologist, family consultant, mediator) will work in the “office” section on the floor (e.g. administering, analysing). As with the ground floor, internal work without the support structure is sufficient. There are also men’s and women’s bathrooms. Starting from the ground level, rising to a half-floor height, there is a large auditorium for about 100 people, which retains its function even after the renovation and development, complete with a lounge, kitchenette, service room. The storage and storage needs of the Centre are solved by refurbishing the cellar.
