The project is aimed at developing the building at 36 Kossuth Lajos street in the action area of Győr-Újváros, in which 15 apartments are affected by the development, so the performance measurement indicator undertaken in the project (Restored residential units in urban areas)15 pcs. The project was planned to be implemented between 01.10.2020 and 31 March 2020. The general objectives of this project have been defined on the basis of the needs assessment, such as: • Creating quality housing conditions based on local needs by designing 15 apartments. • Raising the standard of segregation by renovating a municipal-owned building. • Promoting the need to preserve the living environment in order to maintain the renewed building in the long term. • Increase the chances of integration of families, facilitate early exit from segregated living environments and social status, and strengthen their community and cultural identity. Currently Győr, Kossuth Lajos u. 36-40–Bercsényi grove 41-43. There is a condominium.On 28 February 2020, the owners of the mixed-owned condominium signed an agreement in which they express their intention to abolish the condominium and divide the property of the land of hrsz 7895, which, among the separate plots resulting from the division, on the plot belonging to the Bercsényi Groget 41st building, the co-owners set up a condominium while the other emerging independent plots remain an independent property unit. The land conversion procedure is ongoing. Building No. 36 Kossuth will be located on a separate property with 7895/1geographical number.The building is exclusively municipal property, so the municipality can implement it as its own investment. The renovation of building No. 36 Kossuth Street will be carried out with a total planned cost of 485 034 121 HUF, of which the construction cost of the building is HUF 466.665.055.Ineligible activity is not planned by the municipality, so the apportionment of the costs is not relevant. The action area includes segregated and segregated areas.The activities are carried out in the segregation of the action area. The following self-eligible activities will be implemented: 3.1.1.In the case of self-eligible activities I. In the case of aggregates and areas at risk of segregation, according to point b: Activities for the development and comfort of modern social housings (including 100 % municipal company) and non-profit service providers or eligible for energy efficiency improvement for the modernisation of social rental dwellings that are exclusively owned by the development (replacement of facade doors, in addition to the above, the activities set out in point 3.1.2.1 of the call are carried out to ensure the professional content and publicity of the PF. Optional, non-eligible activities are not planned by the Municipality. The alignment with the current settlement plan will be presented until the end of the technical and content preparation of the project, and if necessary, the Municipality will make changes.The development is not aimed at crowding out the low-status population.Supporting Group has been in operation since April 2016.The operation of the support group and the presentation of the partnership are detailed in PET 2.5, and in annex 6.3 and 6.4 of PET. During the implementation of all the activities of the infrastructure investment in the building concerned by the project, the municipality applies the aspects of energy efficiency modernisation, which will be developed in detail during the project development. Construction of a new building and replacement of real estate is not planned.The Municipality shall comply with the environmental and equal opportunities legislation applicable to the project, preserve the protected natural and cultural values in the area affected by the project, and shall eliminate the existing environmental damage caused by the investment and the non-conformity that is contrary to the legislation in terms of equal opportunities at the latest during the implementation of the project. During the renovation of the building of monumental importance, it shall be exempted from the energy efficiency and accessibility requirements set out in call TOP-6.7.1-16.The Municipality shall be exempt from the requirements for energy efficiency and accessibility under call TOP-6.7.1-16 at public events related to the development, the project complies with all environmental and equal opportunities legislation, the project has no impact on energy use, the ecological status of the project, the state of water and climate change.The project does not generate net revenue.
