The project entitled “Rehabilitation of degraded areas of the VI settlement” to be implemented in the framework of the Regional Development Operational Programme concerns the infrastructure development related to project TOP-6.9.1-15-TB1-2016-00001, “Strengthening social cooperation in Tatabánya I.” The project aims to implement the integrated social rehabilitation of the town of Tatabánya in an unfavourable demographic and severely degraded part of the city. The infrastructure investments concern a demarcated segregated area or an area at risk of segregation on the basis of the 2011 census data of the Hungarian Central Statistical Office. The action area is the same as the action area defined in the related application, which covers the entire Galla Industrial Zone. The area affected by the development concerns 2 segregated areas of the town of Tatabánya. Iparos u. — Faraguna u. — Hentes u. — Csarnok u. — Nívó u. — Borbély u. Tatai út — Deák Ferenc u., where activities to strengthen residential functions, construction of a drainage system for drinking water and sewage by public utilities owned by local governments, the renovation of the municipal road network and the complete elimination of residential functions (demolition) are carried out. The interventions in Mésztelep are aimed at the complete elimination of the residential function (breakdown). The area typically includes municipal rented dwellings or privately owned garden/twin-houses/colleagues. The conditions set out in the tender notice contain a number of restrictions which do not allow the implementation of the infrastructure developments previously planned by the municipality (e.g. the establishment of exit housing in the former Füzes Street college, the construction of municipal rented apartments combined with the cascading removal of segregated people in the integrated areas of the city). On the basis of the criteria established on the basis of the invitation to tender, it is possible to upgrade buildings and improve the living environment in a limited manner and content on site VI. On this basis, the following interventions will be implemented within the framework of the project: • Self-eligible activities: Activities to strengthen residential function • Restoration of the walled dwellings (7 pcs) located in the action area (Csarnok u. and Hegy u.) and making them suitable for housing (design of exit apartments). In addition to the renovation, the opening of the adjacent apartments and thus the construction of a larger building area based on the needs arising. • Replacement of roofing structures of fully self-owned buildings and related installation/renovation of the rainwater drainage system of buildings. • Floor insulation of fully municipally owned buildings. Optional, ineligible actions: Other related developments in the action area • Continue the construction of sewage disposal to other parts of the Mountain and Csarnok Streets. • In the part of Hegy utca and Csarnok Street where the sewerage was previously carried out, the roads were restored and provided with solid pavement. Activities to strengthen the residential function of the project: — installation and/or replacement of internal duct systems (water, sewer, electrical); — expansion to improve comfort and comfort; — dismantling, relocation, painting and covering of internal walls; — replacement of coverings; — purchase of built-in bathroom sanitary facilities, kitchen sink and fittings — refurbishment and insulation of supporting elements, roof, facade, slabs; — replacement of facade doors for energy efficiency improvements. Other related developments: — refurbishment and construction of the pipeline system for drinking water and sanitation of public utilities owned by local governments; — refurbishment of the municipal road network in the action area and the provision of solid pavement.
