Employment Pact in Kecskemét

The aim of the project is to establish and operate the Kecskemét employment partnership for the development of the social and economic development of the region. The main objective of the Employment Partnership is to ensure employment for disadvantaged jobseekers in the region, to strengthen the region’s capacity to retain its population, to ensure access to democratic citizens’ rights, by ensuring participation in training and skills development. And promoting self-employment and employment through services and discounts linked to various types of employment. In line with this, the aim of economic development is to support the competitiveness of local and regional companies and businesses by providing skilled workers, developing an information system and organising professional events related to employment. In order to achieve the above objectives, we carry out the following tasks: • On the basis of the preliminary situation and impact assessment, we will start consultations with the Bács-Kiskun County Municipality and the joint consortium partner with the Bács-Kiskun County Government Office before developing the project concept in detail. • As a result, projects TOP 6.8.2 and TOP 5.1.1 need to be aligned, both in terms of territorial demarcation and sectoral, professional delineation and professional concepts. In addition to the projects of the Employment Partnership, the Government Office, as a consortium partner, must carry out coordinated or co-ordinated projects that aim to achieve similar target groups and objectives. The expected result is that the project should not only be in line with the County Programme Employment Partnership Programme, but also all current and planned programmes in the region, in particular the training and employment of disadvantaged groups. • In order to set up a Pact for Employment Organisation, we organise information events and professional forums to present the project concept to potential cooperative organisations, employing companies, businesses and professional organisations representing the interests of the target groups. • We conclude cooperation agreements, define the working arrangements and rules of operation of the Pact Organisation. The aim is to represent the interests of all organisations concerned. Create a short- and long-term strategy to ensure the labour market needs of large companies and SMEs in all sectors of the region. • Feasibility study (MT) according to the model published as an annex to the call for proposals. • Detailed development of plans and lists for the provision of training and labour market services will be carried out by the Pact Office with the involvement of experts on the basis of the feasibility study, after which they may be provided to target groups. • Create an interactive portal to facilitate effective and innovative communication between the participants in the Employment Partnership and the target group. • Develop a social economy development programme to support institutionally becoming self-employed and entrepreneurs. And as a means of integration into the primary labour force. In the interests of employment and the diversity of economic and social needs in the sector, it is also necessary to provide jobseekers with opportunities that allow them not only to work as employees, but also to become self-employed, whether in the social economy or as entrepreneurs. • Start employment of intermediaries and providers of services for the target group; start of training, provision of labour market services and employment. • Labour market services and labour market related entrepreneurship counselling systems will also be developed to sensitise employers to increase the employment rate of disadvantaged people. • Preparing expert studies to shape resource coordination and resource combinations effectively in relation to various economic and employment development projects. • Disadvantaged jobseekers are involved in the scheme in several ways. We only provide services to some jobseekers before they start their employment, while others also have access to various training courses. • A training portfolio and a review of the operation of the entrepreneurship advisory system in the labour market, sharing experiences and good practices. • We produce progress reports on the activities according to the indicators, reviewing the effectiveness of the methods and preferences used. • We prepare professional and financial reports with the project’s destiny, focusing on good practices and sustainability.
