Within the framework of the project, a community development process will be implemented in 15 settlements of the municipality of Kecskemét County. In any case, the population of the target areas reaches 500 and does not exceed 15 000. Implementation of the programmes will be ensured for a period of at least 36 months. The project is implemented in a consortium, the consortium leader is the Municipality of Kecskemét County, while AIPA is involved as a consortium member. Under the project, in accordance with Chapter 3.1.1 of the relevant call, the eligible actions set out in points 1 to 6 and their subsections will be implemented together with the Community working methods on the basis of the methodological guidelines of the priority project “Communities in Action”. On this basis, the project will: survey and planning with the participation of the Communities, the historical exploration of its community activities and making it available to the public, the implementation of community actions, activities, events, programmes, processes, review of defining documents, if necessary their renewal, the establishment of a Community information point informing about the community development process, and ensuring the professional quality of the community development process. On the basis of Chapter 3.1.2.1 of the call, together with the activities listed in Chapter 3.1.1, ICT accessibility and mandatory publicity will be ensured. On the basis of Chapter 3.1.2.2 of the call, together with the activities listed in Chapter 3.1.1, the projects include equipment procurement, partnership cooperation, programmes to help prevent crime and improve public security.
