Within the framework of our project, the “House of Traditions” of Kiskőrös will be set up in the old office building owned by the Municipality of Kiskőrös, as stipulated in the tender. The location of the building is excellent, located in one of the most frequent streets of the city, not far from the Main Square. The building has a flat roof, concrete base, brick wall, partly replaced doors and windows, covered terrace and large courtyard. The building is suitable for building offices, meeting rooms, indoor and outdoor public spaces. During the renovation, the internal partitions are dismantled, the spaces and rooms are constructed by the prospective operational functions. There is no barrier-free toilet in the building. After the renovation, we also have separate groups of women, men and accessible toilets. After the interiors are refurbished, 3 club rooms are formed, a large indoor community space with associated warehouse, smaller working space, kitchen. Replacement of the complete interior coverings (wall, floor) and re-painting of a complete building. The interiors are accessible, and accessibility is implemented in proportion to the project. The exterior windows are partially replaced, but not up to date, so they need to be changed. Complete replacement is required based on the condition and age of the interior windows. The electrical and mechanical base lines and fittings of the building need to be completely renovated and replaced, to be carried out during the renovation. The building needs to be completely upgraded, boilers and heat take-offs are needed. It is also a task to replace and renovate the covered terrace. The entire building is provided with an external thermal insulation system, both for the wall and for the roof (slab). The pavements around the building would be replaced and the community space to be built in the courtyard with a viacolor covering. The yard would be replanted, trees and plants (shrubs, hedges) would be planted. Remapping of the street gate and fence is necessary after repairing the street gate and fence.
