The implementation sites of the project, the Kaffka Margit Street playground and the development area located in the Petőfi housing estate, are public areas currently operating in municipal ownership and maintenance. The development is justified as the state of public spaces has deteriorated. The functions have developed over the years with small improvements. Public spaces have been created from small-scale municipal developments since the 1970s. The sites of the development were originally constructed with a public area function, but until now the Municipality has not been able to carry out a comprehensive development in the area. Within the framework of the TOP CLLD program, it is possible to carry out a complex development that can bring public spaces to a state worthy of their function. Preparation of the project: The construction plans required for the project are available, a conditional public procurement will be carried out after the submission of the tender, so that in the event of a positive evaluation of the tender, the execution can start in a short time. Property rights were organised in the development areas, public utilities were negotiated during the planning process. The technical specifications of the construction plans drawn up by the Pagony Landscape and Garden Architecture Office attached as an annex to the tender and the attached design sheets can be found in the elements of the development. The recreational development of the areas and the reconstruction of green infrastructure will be carried out at the implementation sites of the project. The improvements of the recreation activities of the project include the construction of paving and square coverings, the creation of a music pavilion and stands, the development of a football field, the development of a multifunctional sports field, the creation of a steet workout track, the development of drinking fountains street and square cladding. The project elements of the project for the reconstruction of green infrastructure include plant plantings, interventions to improve plant condition, replacement of soil, removal of sick trees, development of water absorption facilities for irrigation. The project does not contain any activity that is required to carry out a building permit, and the certificate thereof forms part of the tender documentation. Additional activities to be implemented within the project: mandatory publicity, project management, these costs will not be charged to the project.
