The aim of the project is to build and purchase a crèche in the village of Nagytarcsa. There is currently no crèche in the settlement. There’s a family daycare facility where they're supplying seven little ones. The planned crèche will be in the Petőfi housing estate, next to the Jókai residential estate. This is in the area of the barracks mentioned above, on the outskirts of the city. The “female hostel” worked here, and now studio apartments have been built, which are suitable for temporary, start-up apartments. There are currently 20-30 families with young children. The decision was made in this place because — according to the architect’s preliminary site estimate — the crèche, the garden and the parking lot fit well. It is easily accessible through the village along the main route. It is about 2 km from the industrial park, which employs many young parents. The kindergarten, school can be reached in 10 minutes by stroller, 15 minutes by stroller. Landscaping took place the previous year. The project includes the construction of a building and the purchase of equipment. In order to ensure the quality of the service, the project involves the acquisition of child-centred, creative and collaborative tools to support the implementation of a reflective learning strategy. The activity to be implemented is sustainable and can be operated in the long term. The institution to be set up will undertake the implementation of inclusive-minded education, integrated/integration education for children with integration or behavioural difficulties or with special needs that can be raised with other children. The Assembly decided to build a new institution with 48 seats. As a first thought, the institution was conceived in the centre of the village, next to the kindergarten, but this would have been small for the construction of the building and the playground. The building area of the crèche was now designated at the Petőfi housing estate, which, by its size, could be suitable for extension. The operating licence of the crèche to be set up will be requested for 56 places, so during the planning process, we will also design the tools so that the increased number of places can be provided. A building that lost its function would have been suitable for a crèche by remodeling, and it was not in the settlement. It is planned that children will be provided in 2 care units and 4 group rooms in a new building. According to the preliminary feasibility study plan, the building will be 622 m². The completed designs comply with the applicable installation regulations, regulations and the MSzE 24210-1 standard. Employers will have a minimum floor area of 50 m². The integration of employers will be ensured as necessary. The building has a bowl kitchen and a laundry room. The building includes stroller storage, changing room, washbasin, heating room, office and archives. The indoor-open terraces serve to relax children in the open air. In the case of outdoor toys, children are also taken out during the day through the changing rooms to the interior and then to the outside playground, so occasional replacement of interior and external clothing is ensured. The heating kitchen is directly connected to the economic corridor through which the food is served. After meals, dishes and cutlery are washed in the white-washroom, the slop is placed in the slop bin. Separately, the kitchen includes a vegetable-fruit washer and warehouse, as well as a waste and a badella container. During the location and orientation of the building, we took care to ensure the natural illumination and optimal sunlight of the employers. In the concept plan, the built environmental elements ensuring unobstructed use were developed in consultation with a specialist environmental planning engineer for rehabilitation, the conditions for complex accessibility are given, the details are developed in the permit and construction design documentation. During the planning we strived to operate the building in a favorable way. Therefore, we will install a solar panel system with a power of 6.24 kWp on the southern roof of the main building to serve the electrical needs of the building. In implementing the project, we comply with environmental and equal opportunities legislation. In communication on development, we express a sense of opportunity: e.g. we do not transmit segregation. The project’s implementation and results are not endangered by extreme weather events, the project has no foreseeable climate risk. The environment of the project has no impact on the ecological and water status. The principles of universal design have been taken into account and enforced in the planning process. The applicant municipality has a local equal opportunities programme. Complete accessibility will be achieved through new construction.
