The aim of the project is to: The overall objective of the project is the physical revitalisation of the crisis block of the degraded part of the town in the area of Újpest-Városkapu, improving the living conditions of the marginalised population living there and promoting their social integration with integrated social rehabilitation. The specific objectives of the project are the dismantling of existing buildings by demolition; construction of new social housing in an integrated living environment; improving the quality of life of the population through complex programmes; and the social integration of the population of the action area. The technical and technical content of the project, together with a description of the scope of the selected self-eligible and non-eligible activities: List of non-soft activities to be carried out under the project (Invitation with Action Name 3.1): — Dismantling of residential buildings, dwellings and their outbuildings owned exclusively by municipal (including 100 % owned municipal companies) or non-profit service providers or acquired as a result of the development: — breakdown (total cessation of residential function). — Residential (including 100 % owned municipal company) or non-profit service provider’s exclusive ownership and operating as a social rental apartment as a result of the development, and the related outbuildings: — purchase, — construction, comfort, refurbishment, — purchase of furniture to provide the following functions: equipment suitable for cooking and baking food. — Construction, comfort and refurbishment of social housing. — Activities with a community and social function, targeted to catch up, facilitate integration and skills development of the population with low social status: C, Roma minority self-government, family support, social and social work office space and related equipment acquisition. — Public security function, activities aimed at improving public security and preserving the results of development: Development and installation of security technology and surveillance system in public spaces. — Employment promotion function: a) Establishing, refurbishing and expanding buildings and premises necessary for economic activities preparing the return of the disadvantaged population and marginalised community living in the action area to the world of work only. — Other related activities: Renovation, expansion and development of public spaces, parks, playgrounds, urban green spaces, installation of quality street furniture, related equipment purchase. — Out of the mandatory activities not eligible on its own: Energy efficiency measures. — Out of the mandatory activities not eligible on its own: Accessibility. — Activities which are not eligible independently and are to be carried out on a compulsory basis: Publicity. The above activities are described in detail in chapter 4.2 of PET. List of soft activities to be carried out under the project, including mandatory, crime prevention related activities (call with serial number and activity name according to 3.1.1): a) the involvement of the population concerned, the integration programmes and actions; B) programmes for the social integration of the population of the action area; C) programmes for mediation, anti-discrimination and intercultural acceptance; D) labour market integration activities, organisation of necessary catch-up training, OKJ training; programmes to prepare employers in order to reduce prejudice and help the target group to find a job; g) extension and expansion of family and child welfare services on the spot, as well as the development of social and child welfare services beyond the mandatory municipal tasks; health programmes (including prevention, mental health programmes); providing access to services of a preventive nature; J) continuous social work, supervision of social workers. k) complementary educational and skills development programmes to help children catch up in school. l) financial, family and life management counselling, debt management services; m) programmes promoting crime prevention. n) mapping of problems, drawing up, implementing and continuously reviewing individual development plans; O) mentoring, providing a mediator, providing attitude-forming trainings, providing preliminary meetings between residents and those moving there — which involves moderator and facilitator, organises public forums.
