The aim of this project is to address in a complex way the socio-physical and economic problems of the area defined by Jobbágy — Dózsa — Competition Streets in the part of Budapest, 7th district at risk of being cut off, in order to promote the social integration of those living in the area. The aim of the action area development is to implement a development on the local government-owned land, which also contributes to the improvement of housing opportunities for lower-ranking groups on a district scale. The following activities related to this development are planned: — construction of social housing on municipal-owned land, the creation of public spaces, meeting the needs of the population — implementation of social programmes for disadvantaged people living in the area The overall objective of the programme is to rebalance social purposes and to see trends in the field of action in terms of social indicators. To this end, some of the activities of the project contribute to the integration of people in the action area into an inclusive society. The aim of the project is that, based on the needs assessed among the people living in the action area, it is necessary, in relation to public service systems, to involve the overcapacity of the inhabitants of the area. The assessed needs also confirm that given the fact that the persons concerned do not visit family support staff in case of problems due to their previous negative experiences, a change of attitude on both sides and a target group-oriented approach from the staff of the institutional system is necessary. (specific objectives, e.g. job — development of search skills. Our goal is to promote the development of close cooperation with the family support staff during the project.
