“Increasing chances — training and employment”

The main objective of the project is to train the target group (primarily Roma women) in social, child welfare and child protection and public education services, in order to be employed in organisations, as well as training and further employment of the target group (mainly Roma women) in institutions providing social, child welfare and child protection services (registered by service providers). At the time of their inclusion in the project, the target group of the project is 18 years of age but less than 55 years of age, who, pursuant to Section 13 of Act CLXXIX of 2011, have signed up to Roma identity, are unemployed or inactive and have at least primary education. Professional activities of the project: — recruitment/selection — 24 months subsidised employment of the target group — After the expiry of 24 months subsidised employment, at least 12 months of continued employment of the Target Group member — training to obtain vocational qualifications + foreign language training — employing a mentor to help integrate the target group — Acquisition of a working dress for the target group member — Employment health check — provision of travel costs for work/training We undertake the implementation of the mandatory activities referred to in point 3.1.1.1 of the Call, the implementation of the optional activities referred to in point 3.1.1.2 of the Call and the mandatory non-eligible activities referred to in point 3.1.2.1 of the Call, but the costs incurred are also covered by the internal budget of the SZGYF.
