This project aims to develop the Man Made Blue Zone network aimed at sharing and building knowledge for the development of cross-sectoral technologies, products and services with which:• Consumers’ understanding of their own nutrition and movement behaviour at individual level can be increased.• Special nutrition can be developed (in accordance with the Food Guideline 2015).• The individual can be tempted to consume healthier diets in combination with sufficient movement in an honest way.• Forms of cooperation arise on the basis of which a next step towards the first Man Made Blue Zone can be made.
