The preliminary study deals with the production, distribution, storage and use of renewable hydrogen in Stockholm County. The long-term goal is to contribute to creating the conditions for different actors to jointly exploit the will and potential of producing and using renewable hydrogen in the county. The project will examine the possibilities to develop renewable hydrogen production at one or more locations in the county and to provide the hydrogen to potential users. The pre-study focuses on hydrogen as part of the energy system and on hydrogen as a fuel for different types of vehicles. The activities of the pre-study are to do literature studies, conduct interviews, workshops and final seminar. The target group for the feasibility study is companies, the public sector and organisations that need and interest one or more parts of the hydrogen value chain. Expected long-term effects are to have a functioning renewable hydrogen value chain in Stockholm County, with production, distribution and users. The feasibility study is expected to make proposals for implementation projects in one or more locations in the county;
