Future-proof resource efficient business SMF West Sweden

The study’s overall goal is that it will lead to an implementation project that aims to create a long-term sustainable competitiveness for small and medium-sized enterprises in Western Sweden, by being driven by and developing future-proof business, which means offering more with less raw material and material consumption. Applicants intend to conduct interviews, surveys, dialogues, etc. to identify and find out the needs of small and medium-sized enterprises in Western Sweden. The feasibility study is specifically aimed at companies that use large quantities of virgin materials either in their production or through products they consume. The purpose of the pre-study is to find out what efforts are needed in an implementation project to offer SMEs more knowledge and understanding of sustainable resource-efficient business (adapted to SMEs), access to methods, tools and processes that create new solutions, and establish new collaborations across industries and sectors for broader collaboration (business, public sector, academia/institutes).
