The project will contribute to the implementation of the project Business Development Checks Blekinge case id 20304226, by financing the administrative costs incurred in the management of the above-mentioned project. The project should be able to finance: — Handling of applications received — case preparation, decision management, financial audit — Dialogue with the applicant The aim of the project is to manage and process 80 applications from SMEs in Blekinge, in order to contribute to companies’ ability to emerge stronger from the COVID-19 pandemic through sustainable growth, enhanced competitiveness and transition capacity. The project enables sustainable growth through strengthened transition capacity, increased competitiveness and productivity of small and medium-sized enterprises in Blekinge. The COVID-19 pandemic has created insights into the need to reshape activities, business models and processes, but the need for innovation already existed before the crisis. The project also enables the implementation of the Regional Development Strategy (RUS) as well as the underlying regional innovation strategy. The impact of the project is assessed primarily on the priority area Working life in the RUS. The impact of the project will primarily contribute to the objectives of expansionary and competitive business, as well as the goal of the innovation climate and to the objectives linked to indicators that measure job growth, innovation capacity and productivity and competitiveness.
