The project (Sthlm Global) is a collaboration project between Region Stockholm and Almi Företagspartner (Almi). Region Stockholm is the project owner and overall strategically responsible, while Almi will run the work regionally and coordinate networking meetings and activities within Sthlm Global to promote SME internationalisation efforts. The project will reach out to more companies with growth and international market potential in the Stockholm region and offer skills-enhancing efforts to increase companies’ international competitiveness. Sthlm Global will further strive to reach out to companies from the Stockholm region’s business and innovation environments with its overall portfolio of service offerings with participating partner organisations. The project’s activities are directed towards SMEs in the region with international growth and export potential, regardless of industry. The activities planned focus on the export development of the companies. Sthlm Global will offer its services to all companies with international potential, but also make targeted efforts towards priority target groups such as women, young people and foreign born.
