The COVID-19 pandemic has hit small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Kronoberg County, which has increased the need for support and advice for a sustainable transition in internationalisation, digitalisation/innovation and sustainability. The project applied for is a mobilisation project with the aim of supporting small and medium-sized enterprises in their transition journey with coaching and business development and contributing to increased competitiveness for the companies in Kronoberg County. The project is a complementary project to mobilise Region Kronoberg’s disposition project within REACT EU. The project will focus on disseminating information about the project through marketing and outreach customer visits, in order to ensure dissemination to the target group throughout the county. The project will also focus on implementing support measures in the form of advice and business development for those companies that intend to apply for conversion vouchers within Region Kronoberg’s disposition project. The sustainability aspect is central to this project through both the green transition and the economic and social aspect, as other complementary projects and activities are based on the whole sustainability definition. The expected overall long-term impact of the project is that 90 % of the actions will have contributed to a sustainable transition and increased competitiveness of the participating companies.
