The pre-study “Open-data-maturation in Skåne” intends to develop an analysis tool to measure the open-data maturity of the Skåne municipalities, to develop a model for how the individual municipality can develop its open-data work based on its unique conditions. The goal is that the pre-study leads to an implementation project where the Scanian municipalities are offered to have their open-data work analysed and, based on the analysis, presented an action plan that formulates goals, in the short and long term, for the individual municipality’s work with open data and a strategy to continuously follow up and revise this work internally. In the pre-study, the project owner intends to have dialogues with representatives of the South Swedish Chamber of Commerce, the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise and the Entrepreneurs on how they view the needs of the Scanian business community and the benefits of open data from Skåne’s municipalities.
