Pro/VSO young people remain a vulnerable target group whose outflow perspective is not self-evident. This requires continuous attention and commitment to teach the PRO/VSO young people the necessary employee and professional skills and to keep the focus on appropriate work or appropriate further training for each individual young person undergoing his/her training within the PRO/VSO. COVID-19 has impacted in particular on traineeship activities in the hospitality and care sectors in the 20/21 school year. In 21/22, the impact of the coronavirus crisis on pupils and whether they have been lagging behind and how the apprentice can still be prepared for the labour market will have to be shown. The REACT-EU grant will continue to allow the development and implementation of these activities. Pro/VSO schools within the labour market region Groningen continue to focus on the activities of industry-oriented courses, internship work placement learning and learning company. Where pupils are unable to make the transition, the route of work ensures that students are and remain in the picture and receive the guidance they need to be able to continue to work.
