The coronavirus has a global impact on the labour market. This has a major impact on vulnerable target groups. Municipalities are particularly concerned about: 1. vulnerable target groups, because in this group the risk of increasing debt is high and poverty rates increase. This target group is expected to increase absenteeism due to compliance with the coronavirus guidelines in the sectors where they may work. At the moment, there is less chance of resuming work in re-integration. The vulnerable target group is often employed in temporary jobs affected by coronavirus. Social network is usually limited. This can lead to loneliness and a lack of language. It’s harder to find a learning place. The outflow perspective of this target group will be subject to even more pressure. Many companies have a waiting policy with the appointment of new staff. All this has a major impact on this target group. Through the use of REACT EU subsidy, every effort is made in the labour market region to limit the above as much as possible, so we will focus on the following activities: Individual guidance of the consultant Jobcoaching Training and training The guidance of these activities is intensive, The additional costs associated with this are partly financed by the REACT-EU grant.
