Every person has his/her own strength and passion to keep control of his/her life. The labour market is changing rapidly due to the consequences of the coronavirus crisis. Professions disappear and new opportunities are also emerging. Employment contracts for your whole life no longer exist. Diplomas are also rapidly outdated. What about the employee? It only has a future if he/she continues to develop. In order to remain fully employable, it is important that people continue to develop. For people without work and with a (greater) distance from the labour market, regional municipalities in the labour market region offer opportunities. Labour market region ZOB is working towards a society in which everyone can participate according to their ability. It is about helping and keeping these vulnerable groups at work. The commitment to qualities is important in this respect. For young people, status holders, beneficiaries (with a greater distance from the labour market), but also for non-benefit recipients, there are opportunities for gaining work experience and moving to paid employment. There are also opportunities for employment for people with disabilities. This can be done, for example, by means of sheltered work.
