Pro/vso in AMR FoodValley has invested the additional ESF resources from school year 2014-2015 to 2017-2018 in -improving labour management and sustainable labour application/integration of around 800 pupils aged 15 and over each year. In view of the vulnerable labour market position of their own pupils, the Ede City Centre aims to facilitate PrO/vso in AMR FoodValley in school year 2020-2021, without prejudice to the additional ESF resources in the transition of pupils from school to work. ESF resources can be used to improve the linkage with the regional labour market on a continuing basis. Labour management is shaped by an intensive collaboration of schools with chain partners during the transition phase, i.e. the last 2 school years to 2 years after care. The work-preparatory commitment i/d final phase of education promotes a good start-up position, making it possible to make a successful entry into the labour market (labour integration). The career of individual apprentices is leading and determines the desired support during the transition. The participating PrO/VSO schools are VSO De Toekomst, VSO Vester College, VSO De Blink, VSO Vierbeek College, VSO SGM De Brouwerij, VSO J.H. Donnerschool, PrO CSG Het Streek, PrO Het Perron, PrO RSG Pantarijn, PrO Van Lodensteincollege and PrO De Meerwaarde.
