Reason and purpose: On behalf of the labour market region of North Holland (north), ESF subsidy is requested for an exchange project within the framework of Social Innovation & Amp; Transnational Cooperation (sits). The aim of the exchange is to support the very vulnerable group of young people from the age of 16, without qualification requirements, who risk leaving school without work or the prospect of social participation from practical education, (secondary) special education and/or MBO, in order to achieve appropriate, meaningful and sustainable work, living and social integration. In order to shape and implement this support, cooperation is established between educational institutions from different EU countries in order to develop a knowledge network. Through the cooperation, the partners want to share existing knowledge, good examples, shared experiences, developed methodologies and associated methodology and good practices with each other. Partners: The partners are educational institutions from three EU countries, namely Belgium, Germany and the Netherlands.
