Cybercrime is a threat to everyone, both in the home and working environment. Man is the weakest link and has a responsibility in this. The municipality of Schouwen-Duiveland has a lot to do with privacy and personal data, so everyone is supposed to be alert, not to cause data leaks and to recognise phishingmail, etcetera. This entails work stress, with all its consequences. To increase the sustainable employability of our employees, the municipality is committed to iBewareness. We aim to make every employee (information) safer. We do this by asking for feedback, raising awareness and providing knowledge. At the same time, we are working on a new learning culture by setting up cyclical learning. In collaboration with and with the support of the employees, a tailor-made digital learning environment will be set up and supervised.
