The growth of the organisation has brought important challenges to employees. Due to the rapid growth of the organisation, there has been too little attention to the well-being and needs of the employees. From the objective of joining more as one organisation from the independent B.V.‘s, it is now clearly felt the need to take important steps to harmonise systems, working methods, HR-policy and working conditions policy within the various B.V.’s. To achieve this, external advisors will be involved to draw up advice on harmonising the organisational culture, HR policy and its implementation. In addition, an advisor will be involved who advises and guides the process of implementation to ensure a safe working environment with regard to working conditions, psycho-social workload and ergonomics. This will take crucial steps to create a healthy, safe and motivating working environment that will clearly benefit the sustainable employability of employees.
