Noldus Information Technology B.V. develops and provides innovative software and hardware solutions and services for behavior analysis. At the end of 2016, an external advisor was decided to provide an independent opinion on the functioning and improvement potential of the R&D and NBD departments. This external consultant produced a report in February 2017, with the main advice to start working Agile. In the meantime, Noldus has been almost two years on and some of these opinions and actions have been implemented. The first effects are visible, but a number of new questions have emerged. These relate to the learning culture within the company. What is needed is to strengthen that learning culture. This culture must also be (more) noticeable in their working and responsibilities for the employees themselves, on a daily basis. The objective of this project is, on the one hand, to develop an implementation plan, based on the advice of the advisor David Vethaak, and, on the other hand, to implement it. The main (end) goal here is that the employees are given a good role in the growth and development of the organisation and thus ensure sustainable employability (motivation and involvement of employees).
