At the Institute for Education &Amp; Training (IOO) of the Amsterdam UMC, the workload is high. Research from 2018 has shown that the sustainable employability of employees within the Amstel Academy and VUmc Academy departments is under pressure due to this high workload. In order to avoid failure, the IUU wants to work on sustainable employability policies in order to respond to the high workload. In 2019, IOO plans to deploy an advisor of Bewegen Werkt to implement an integrated policy on three levels: 1. The organisation as a whole 2. The teams 3. The employees IOO choose an approach through the Appreciative Inquiry strategy with the following steps: 1. Explore 2. Tell 3. Imagining 4. Renewal 5. Achieving The completion of these steps has the result: 1. Bottom up has developed a vision on sustainable employability 2. Employees are satisfied, motivated and balanced. 3. Employees are involved. 4. Employees take actions. 5. Employees are in conversation with the manager about work pressure.
