Otentic Logistics B.V.

Otentic Logistics B.V. (hereinafter: Otentic) is an SME that offers storage solutions and additional logistics services. In 2017, Otentic implemented a first sustainable employability project. At a time when workers are aware of sustainable employability, there is a great need for clarity and guidance on their personal development. In an industry where there is a large shortage of labour markets, it is extremely important for Otentic to meet this need in order to bind employees to the organisation. That is why Otentic has once again engaged an external consultant. Where the previous project focused on carrying out group sessions, the consultant focuses more on guiding the individual employees in this project. The objectives of this project are therefore: — The establishment of structural guidance for employees in their personal development; — The creation of job profiles for all posts in order to clarify responsibilities, development perspectives and growth opportunities for employees; — Strengthening the link between the individual employees and the organisation. In this project, the external advisor Otentic will guide Otentic to transform Otentic’s working culture into a learning culture. In addition, the consultant will guide Otentic to improve the internal mobility of workers.
