The ESF grant can give the Transport and Logistics sector additional financial leeway to develop the Transport and Logistics Mobility Platform into a digitised employee portal by adding in 2019 and 2020 in addition to mobility/employability safe &Amp; healthy working and a solid online PR campaign for attention, awareness (traffic), inciting effective action (conversion) and maintaining the path taken. Employers and older employees can be provided online with safety scans &Amp; employability checks for up-to-date insight into effective steps aimed at longer safe &Amp; healthy working i/d or future position, as well as career coaching pathways &Amp; training advice considering the impact of technological innovations and work-related occupational risks and absenteeism and support for managers in conducting sustainable employability interviews.
