After a number of turbulent years, the BrabantWonen team wants to create more stability and solidarity and focus on team development with all kinds of radical changes in the organisation. Within the action programme ‘through the fresh pepper grinder’, the identification of the joint development question is part of the process. In this action programme, colleagues work in 5 steps in equal co-creation towards a development demand, goals, solutions and results. In this programme, people will not only look at and think about what else can do, but also work on it. To bring about a real movement in mindset, attitude and behavior.
