Municipality of Cranendonck

With the implementation of “the Cranendonck 2020 organisation development process”, the focus is on customer focus and autonomy of employees. The tasks and roles of employees are divided and implemented in the organisation. Employees are faced with other (new) work and actions, which requires different skills, different behaviour and other prioritisation. It is important that the employees are guided and coached to regulate the work themselves. This gives the employees more freedom of movement to decide on the possibilities of improvement and their strengths. The results are visible and concretely communicated to motivate employees. Holland Consulting Group guides the employees in the teams of the municipality Cranendonck with the deployment of a coach in the workplace. The measures taken to make the working culture more flexible within the municipality of Cranendonck contribute to sustainable employability.
