Micronit has been working on the sustainable employability of employees for a number of years. In 2018/2019, through this guidance process, the focus will be on improving the professionalisation and uniformity of the project team. The starting point is to invest in the employees. Through coaching and guidance, employees are provided with tools to carry out their work in good quality and with pleasure and to optimise the organisation of the work with the right knowledge and skills. Think of effective communication, taking own initiative/responsibility, showing leadership with a clear way to communicate things well, otherwise organising the work and of course a good interaction/consistency between management/management and executive staff in the execution of work. This promotes entrepreneurship and professionalisation within the project team and contributes to the sustainable employability of employees.
