About 90 employees work at Stadsbeheer. Many activities are physically incriminating. By increasing the retirement age, it is becoming increasingly difficult to reach the finish line, so it is important to keep employees vital and healthy. That’s why Stadsbeheer wants to work together on a Vital City Management. In the design phase, the MT will discuss the current and desired situation in the context of sustainable employability. Improving vitality and sustainable employability can be achieved by training the managers as well as by enthusing and engaging employees. Managers play an important role (signaling, facilitating and steering) in developing, strengthening and safeguarding vitality of employees and teams. It is important that they start from an overview of the vitality of their teams and that they have an overview of the factors that influence them. Managers are coached in the dialogue on vitality and employability through skills learning. Managers will guide the dialogue with their employees to make them aware of the importance of vitality and to guide them in taking steps to become and stay alive.
