In West Brabant, government, education and entrepreneurs work together in the Regional Platform for Labour Market Policy (RPA) West Brabant with the aim of a future-proof labour market in 2020. For this purpose, the West Brabant implementation programme is working on tomorrow! The pillars of this implementation programme focus on a flexible, demand-oriented and inclusive labour market, focusing on the lines of action chosen, learning and working. This cooperation is shaped by regionally adapted regulations to support people with a distance from the labour market and intensive cooperation with education to ensure that people with the appropriate professional qualifications enter the labour market. A regional Employer Service Point is also used. The general objective is to provide intensive support for young people, labour and older people who need additional support to enter the labour market by providing tailor-made solutions. We work from the premise that "Everyone can do something and everyone does something. In addition, several municipalities within the labour market region have also explicitly opted for intensive support for status holders. The ESF Social Inclusion 2014-2020 gives our labour market region an additional financial boost to deliver on our ambitions. We therefore look forward with confidence to a successful cooperation in this ESF programme period, in which we work together with the Agency of the Ministry of Social Affairs and Employment on tailor-made work in the context of labour market management
