Currently, Micronit is a multidisciplinary company with a team of 50 dedicated, highly educated and ambitious people serving customers in more than 40 countries worldwide. They have their own state-of-the-art production clean-room facility to serve all customers worldwide. Micronit has developed its role as a component manufacturer into a role of total solution provider. Micronit has been working on the sustainable employability of employees for a number of years. In 2017, Micronit will work with the support of Holland Innovative with effective collaboration between, and in the teams of office and production. Employees have been able to indicate what they experience in their work (positive/negative). In this process we are working on a piece of guidance to address employee concerns. Think of effective communication, taking own initiative/responsibility, showing leadership with a clear way to communicate things well, otherwise organising the work and of course a good interaction/consistency between management/management and executive staff in the execution of work. During the implementation, staff are provided with coaching and guidance tools to carry out their work in good quality and with pleasure and to optimise the organisation of the work with the right knowledge and skills.
