Euroma Vitaal 2017 concerns the performance of health checks and targeted follow-up with a lifestyle advisor. Euroma wants to give ‘vitality, health and mobility’ a prominent place within the organisation by stimulating awareness and also its own responsibility in the field of vitality and health. A combination of health checks and vitality coaching is offered. First of all, the current vitality status of employees is measured with an online questionnaire and physical measurements. During this project, attention is paid to the office staff. The intake is followed directly with personal coaching interviews, in order to maintain the attention and awareness. Employees and managers are actively involved, in order to match both supply and demand. The research results give direction to the themes within the organisation. At the end, an opinion will be delivered in the form of an activity report and advice for the next phase.
